At FL FERLE, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide quality products. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products (unless damaged during delivery)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products returned after the return period

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side

Return Shipping

  • Customers must bear return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
